Expedia Group, the leading American company in the online travel sector, entrusted Ubicca with the redesign and execution of its Spanish headquarters, located in the iconic Torre Foster in Madrid.
The main objective of the project was to transform the common areas to make them more spacious, versatile, and aligned with the group’s new work dynamics. The design was developed in close collaboration with the Expedia workplace team and with JLL as Project Managers, based on a concept that, in addition to responding to new operational needs, would incorporate a distinctly local character, inspired by the materials, textures, and accents of the Iberian region.
The intervention covered more than 1,500 m² within the more than 3,500 m² leased by the company. The work was carefully planned to ensure full business continuity, without interruptions throughout the entire project.
