Ubicca designs for Monday (Grupo Urbania) the new coworking space at Muelle Uno in Malaga, located in a strategic point a few meters from the city center and next to the sea.
The space provides the city with 1,600 square meters of offices adapted to the new work models, where you can rent private offices for companies, fixed or flexible positions in an open and dynamic area. It also offers catering services, gym, relaxation areas, game rooms and private telephone cabins, among other features.
The design of the space introduces maritime containers as the main element, which are adapted to the work format that takes place in them. Inspired by the port activity of the location where it is located, these cubicles distribute the space and help to create more welcoming micro-spaces within a large open and common area.
In the perimeter area are located the more static spaces dedicated to private offices, separated from the common areas by glass partitions with metal profiles, thus maintaining total transparency between different workspaces.
The interior design and styling of the coworking space is adapted to Monday’s corporate image, using green as an accent color and generating dynamism through the mix of intense and warm colors. Through the eclectic combination of different styles of furniture and atrezzo, the aim is to achieve a cozy, homey and relaxed atmosphere, inviting you to enjoy a space where synergies and creativity flow.
