We have been supporting the client for a year in the selection and validation of the location and in the Due Diligence of the property. In this way, we have taken care of all the design of spaces, unique elements, furniture and carpentry. All of this integrating the most advanced technology in space and room booking.
A 4,500 m2 space in the middle of a transformation of working models and adapting spaces as a result of the coronavirus. Equipped spaces for coworkers who want to participate in the extraordinary experience of being part of the Talen Garden community.
As in Madrid space, which was designed and built by Ubicca, the Barcelona coworking space is distributed in a way that allows for the creation of open and public spaces.
The design of this new workspace responds to the client’s request to not to be just another coworking space, and opt for a community office model.
It has 350 places distributed over four floors, work spaces, school, auditorium and coffee shop.
The space has been personalised, adapting it to the client’s requirements, creating an industrial atmosphere, which is enhanced by the visible installations, special vinyls and made-to-measure furniture.
A project that we have also executed and certified in LEED Platinum, committed to sustainable building.
