Monday, the network of flexible office spaces owned by the Urbania group, has announced the opening of its second office space in Madrid, designed by Ubicca.
The center will be located at number 23 of the central Santa Engracia street, in the Chamberí neighborhood. The new center is scheduled to open in early 2022.
The building, which will have the capacity to accommodate more than 350 professionals, has more than 2,500 square meters distributed over a total of seven floors. It will have an indoor terrace, gymnasium, canteen and parking lot. It is divided into small offices, designed for the use of small teams, and, at the same time, it will have large open spaces for companies with more than 100 people.

Second coworking in Madrid
The company began its journey in Madrid last June with the opening of Monday Rio, located at number 14 Paseo Imperial, which has more than 3,500 square meters of floor space distributed over five floors and capacity for more than 500 people.

The new space has seven floors and will have an indoor terrace, gym, canteen and parking.
The new building in Chamberí will become the fifth asset of the group which, with this acquisition, will add a total of 12.000 square meters and capacity for more than 1.500 people, in its two buildings in Madrid and the three in Barcelona (Monday Tibidabo, Monday Barceloneta and Monday Diagonal).
