Ubicca designs Babel Group’s headquarters in Las Rozas (Madrid)

Babel, the Spanish multinational specialising in digital transformation solutions and services, has just inaugurated its headquarters in Las Rozas, Madrid, integrating its two offices, previously located in the capital and in the town of Tres Cantos, to centralise them in a single space.

For the design of its interior spaces, the multinational has trusted Ubicca, whose intervention has involved the adaptation of the building’s facilities, following the guidelines set by the Well/Breeam certifications.

Babel arrives at Las Rozas Business Park

This new space, located on Severo Ochoa Street in the Las Rozas Business Park, houses the 1,200 workers who were located in the two Madrid offices and who form part of the more than 2,000 workers that the technology consultancy firm already has throughout Spain.

The building chosen to house this new phase has been the emblematic Elcano, shaped like a ship and an icon of Spanish corporate architecture, which pays homage to the training ship Juan Sebastián de Elcano.

The company’s professionals also have leisure and socialising areas, sports facilities, a coffee shop and inclusive spaces at the new headquarters in Las Rozas. Likewise, this new headquarters includes paddle tennis courts; a running area; changing rooms; lockers; showers; and an auditorium for more than 120 people, among other facilities.
